The Sask-Alta Radio Club (SARC) was at a local snowmobile rally in Vermillion this past weekend ( February 12, 2023 ). Our club provided an FM public address system with 1/4(o.25) watt power to extend the announcers PA speaker system so that it could reach the end of the track which was less than 800ft away.
There were many people sitting in the comfort of their warm vehicles listening to the announcer on FM.
